Kache kele ke kofte(raw banana kofte)
ਕੱਚੇ ਕੇਲੇ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਾਇਦੇ-

Kache kele ke kofte
Ingredients-
Raw bananas 6
Ghee 250 grams
Tomatoes cut into pieces 250 gram
250 grams of yogurt
50 grams of cream
100 grams of chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon coriander powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Cashew 6
Almonds 6
Charonzi 6 pcs
Salt As required
1 tablespoon garam masala
Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
A little green chilli
A little green coriander
Red chilli 1 tbsp.
Method-
Peel a banana , grate it and squeeze the juice. Mix chopped cashew nuts, almonds, chironzi, green coriander, green chillies and salt in the cream. Make 8-10 parts of bananas. Fill the mixture in each part. Heat ghee in a pan and fry kofta.

Put 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and fry onion and ginger well. Then add tomato, curd and all spices. When the masala ghee starts to release, add 250 grams of water and cook for 2 minutes. Then put kofta in it and cook for a minute or two. Top with green coriander leaves
